We headed to Fruition Farm this morning for a corn maze and pumpkin picking. The girls totally got us lost in the corn maze. It was huge! We would have been in there forever if we didn't decide to escape through the corn to the outside world! LOL We then had to walk a long ways back to the pumpkin patch but at least we knew then where we were going! After the maze we hitched a ride... a hay ride actually pulled by a tractor. It took us all around the farm, through the pumpkin patch and around the corn. It was very bumpy but both girls seemed to enjoy it. Every once and awhile when we would hit a big bump Abigail would say "No Tractor!" I think she wanted off at those points but stayed happy enough.
When we got off the ride we picked some pumpkins or as Abigail states "pumps". Abigail tried to pick up a big one but knew she couldn't. Lilly on the other hand would pick them up and cry in agony when I tried to capture the moment on picture trying so hard not to laugh at her! She wanted those pumpkins really badly but knew she couldn't carry them! Turns out, when we were all done we got to take 4 mini pumpkins home with us for free. So both girls got to pick out their own pumpkin which we purchaced and then we got to get four more!
After a good nap this afternoon we went out to get some hay and decorated the front yard. All decorated for the harvest! A great weekend we shared as a family before Liam heads away on his hunting adventure!

This place we went to was fabulous.. It would be a good plce to take her!
