She’s Five! I’m Late!

Abby turned five and I am late posting about it. She just had her party with her school friends today! Thanks so much for coming “A” girls and Noah, Jess and Ryan too!

Meet Mr. Pigglesworth!

The newest addition to the Porter Homestead (Farm). He is currently residing indoors in our kitchen, but will soon be making his way outdoors to his new cozy home, where he will hopefully have another a pig pal to keep him company and play with!

Ice Storm 2012?

 

Sure feels like it. Even if we have only gone a number of hours so far without heat. It is freezing in this OLD homestead and I am so disappointed that we don’t have our woodstove up and running already! Stupid us!

Hope this storm ends soon and the power returns so we can have hot chocolate and a warm meal. With four kids, this no power no heat is getting old FAST!

Seems like I always had it in hand before!

I will admit… it  feels great having it back.

LOVE capturing special everyday moments on camera.

Brightens my day some how!
