Katherine The Snowman {Girl}

It’s been hard to blog lately. I am down, sad and emotional. But we are trying our damnedest to keep having fun with our girls. It is what life is all about!

Liam and the girls built a snowman today. I helped by bringing out the carrot and some jellybeans (which immediately got devoured - so she ended up with some mulch for eyes and a mouth)!

Meet Katherine… the snow girl!

She is awfully cute. We might even keep her. Well, at least until she melts.

Double Trouble

The little girls usually bathed alone. It was easier to be quick and efficient that way (and I am all about getting things done quickly and efficiently so I can enjoy the evening to myself after the kiddos are all in bed).

Well, quick and efficient is definitely out the window after seeing just how much fun the littlest littles had when they had their last nights bath together!

This picture just totally cracks me up!

And We Caught a Little Fever…. Bieber Style!

Mom and I took Lilly and Abby to the theatre for the first time. They seemed to really enjoy it. Here are some pictures from our night….

We now have SUPER Bieber fever! That kid sure is talented!! Lilly didn’t like Justin Bieber at first but has now really found a true interest in his talents. As soon as she saw the preview for Never Say Never she knew she wanted to see it and has liked Justin ever since! The t-shirt Gramma and Grandpa got for her sure peeked her interest as well!

Abby has ALWAYS liked his music but would never admit it to Lilly because she didn’t like him at first. At the theatre she sang along to many of his songs and she is still very fond of “Justin Beaver” LOL

The outing was overall a huge success {even including the four or more bathroom breaks we had to take}. Those three D glasses were also a hit and at one point Lilly got really really excited exclaiming “ Justin Bieber was pointing at me! He was pointing at ME!”. 3D sure is awesome!

Hoping the girls will remember this night forever!

A Little Cheese With Chucky and a Whole Lot of Fun!

Lilly had a Birthday party for a friend from school today. It is only her third party from school this year already! Lilly is a social butterfly and has so many different friends. I love that about her. She keeps getting invited to parties (and like last year) she will be the only one from school or there will only be one or two more children there from their class.

I thought it would be fun to pack the other girls up and let them have some fun too since the party was at Chucky Cheese and there was no way on earth I was about to leave my five year old alone at a Birthday Party at Chucky Cheese by herself, even if she only had a stamp that matched mine to get out the door with. Phew! That was a long sentence! LOL Anyways the girls had a blast and I was happy to be able to be there for Lilly too while the party went on.

Tessa was indeed afraid of Chucky (would not go anywhere near him) and Abby too was a little apprehensive. Here is hoping in a few months they will be over the big costumed people bit since we will be off to Disney World for a week and what is Disney World without life sized Mickey and Minnie?

We may just have to bite the bullet and head back there again in the near future! At least I know I will have one child co-operating for pictures at Disney!

Who Knew 30 Was so Much Fun?

Happy Birthday to me! I was completely spoiled this year for my 30th. Thursday evening (my Birthday eve) I headed to my good friend Lindsay’s house with my cousin Anna and we had a relaxing girls night just hanging out and enjoying some delicious cupcakes that Lindsay made just for me!

How lucky am I? Pretty lucky! Thanks Lindsay and Nan. Love you both! XO

Then Friday (My Birthday Birth Day) My Dad and little brother came over and made me chicken spaghetti and then I got to go out and celebrate with my long time friend Jessica (of 23 years)! We headed to Kelsey’s for some aps and desert. Another great evening and by now I am feeling completely blessed…
