This week I am entering just for fun. This picture is straight off the camera and I honestly love it that way. No fancy backdrop (just the closet) but such a sweet and beautiful face. Don't you think? Thought I just had to share. Enjoy!

So, head on over to i heart faces this week and check out some other just for fun photos. There are also wedding photos this week too! There is so much talent there -- so go on!

The Move

Man oh man it is creeping up quickly. Amazingly Liam and I got a ton done today! Mom came over this morning to keep the girls occupied while we worked away. It was a great. Thanks so much Mom! Love you.

We still have a ways to come, but when I think about how organized we have been, things look pretty good. We practically have the whole house packed and in the trailer already. Liam loaded all of our outside stuff today. All we will have to do on moving day is get in a vehicle and head on over to the new house... crazy huh? So why am I totally and completely stressed out? No idea... LOL

Anyhow I still have a lot of cleaning to do come moving day. I did get the girls room vacuumed today and our bedroom and cleaned all the kitchen cupboards, but it feels never ending. I am trying to think about how unorganized we could be (like having nothing loaded or still a ton to pack)to keep from stressing out, but it is super hard. I will be very happy come moving day.

I bid goodbye for awhile my bloggy friends. No promises to when I will return. I will try and keep updated with everyone else for the next few days, but it could be awhile before I have access to the computer again... which could be a good thing because it means I will have nothing better to do in my spare time than getting the new house organized.

Anyhow hope everyone is happy and well. Anyone and everyone feel free to stop on over Canada Day for a visit. We would love any company! Take care and hopefully I will be back before you even notice I am gone! Take care!

Grumpy Tess

Yes, you heard me right!

Grumpy Tess.

Not smiling, giggling, happy Tess.

Grumpy Tess.

With good reason she was grumpy.

18 pounds and 3 oz of grumpy.

Tessa had her 6 month needles two days ago.

Those needles made her grumpy.

They also gave her a fever.

Sad, crying grumpy Tess....

... Can sit all by herself.
Look at those tears.
Look at that wild hair!

Luckily today we have smiling, giggling, happy Tess back.

Love you Tess!

The Cutest House Guest EVER!

... Meet Sookie!
Auntie Katherine left us in charge of her for four days while Gramma Liz (Liam's Mom), Grampa Keith, Nick and Katherine have gone camping. She was far to little to leave at home alone. Isn't she sweet? Almost makes me want one :) Relax Mom! I said almost!

Am I Seriously Still Up?

** UPDATED**
Lets try 9 days till our move. I am getting a little ahead of myself now! LOL Thank goodness though because 5 days would be insane!
----------------------------------------------------------
1:30? Apparently! I can hear Liam up in bed snoring away.LOL He is smarter than me I guess. I am continually doing this to myself though. I stay up way to late every night blogging and catching up on strangers lives (excuse me, and friends) that I end up awake half the night and so sleepy all day. I need to get a better schedule going for myself but it is difficult when Lilly and Abigail stay up (in their beds but chatting) until 10pm even after being out at Lemoine Point with us for over an hour walking and skipping stones! I am looking forward to getting into the new house and the girls being able to have their own rooms again. Although I can see it now... they will be yelling at each other across the hall and will likely wake Tessa and then I will have three girls awake! Man oh man we have to come up with a better schedule. I am working on it... more sleep at night means quiet time for Mommy at nap time instead of nap time for mommy at nap time. Make sense? It does to me anyways LOL

Here are some pictures from tonight. I decided to save myself some work so they are all straight off the camera. My editing skills could use major work so I decided to save myself the trouble (and time) tonight.

Apparently this not so bright duck thought rocks were food. Way to get yourself killed duck! Not by my kids of course but ones that could really throw!

This girl is always smiling!
Well, I am off to try and get some sleep. Hope everyone had a happy Monday. Counting down the days until the big move. 5 to go! I better get my butt in packing gear!!

i heart faces -- Lets Hear It For The Boys!

I was not looking forward to this week as you can imagine having three girls at home. I made sure to get some photos of my Dad and nephew yesterday for Father's Day. Of course I got some great ones of my Dad and Liam with the girls but girls were not aloud. Bummer! LOL Anyhow here are my entries this week. The child is my nephew Tanner. He was the only boy child here yesterday so I knew would be my entry. I took only a few pictures of him yesterday but he was happy to oblige. My adult is my very own Daddy. He is looking so handsome since he shaved his mustache off! Love you Dad XOXO

Head on over to i heart faces and see the other boy entries this week. There sure is talent there!
Happy Monday everyone!

A VERY Happy Fathers Day

What a great weekend we had! I don't think it would have mattered if we had been stuck at home all weekend and it was raining (to be honest with you). It was just so great to be together.

We had a full day yesterday including a trip to Picton, Bellville and Napanee. Charlie got a new bed and she ate every piece of food in the van while we were out of it! I discovered this late last night. That is totally not like her at all. Normally we could leave anything out right in front of her and it would be untouched on our return but not yesterday. What has gotten into her? I promise we do feed our dog everyday! LOL

After a bite out we headed home and had a nice visit with Mike, Candice and Taylor. Thanks for stopping by! We were glad to have you over for a change. I hope Taylor had fun with the girls :)

Last night before bed Liam had told Lilly that they would go fishing in the morning for Father's Day. Well, at 5:30 am Lilly decided to wake us for this fishing adventure by running upstairs with Abigail screaming "Happy Father's Day! Is it time to go fishing?" I was able to get them to lay back in bed until 6:30 am when I decided to get up and start breakfast for my hubby since I could still hear the girls chattering downstairs. After breakfast we headed out for a fish at Brewer's Mills. It is beautiful there. As you can imagine I took a million and one photos and have some (a ton) of them to share with you all! After fishing came a nap (for all) and then we got ready for a BBQ tonight. Dad, Jeremy (my brother), Jody (sister in-law), and her kids Scott, Tanner and Kiley all came. It was a fun time and probably also the last BBQ we will have here before the big move -- At least with guests. So glad everyone could make it!

I was so lucky to be able to spend today with both my favourite Daddies in the world (mine and my hubby). It was a day full of fun and love. Just so you know (as if I don't tell you enough), Liam you are a wonderful Daddy and Lilly, Abigail and Tessa are so lucky to have you. I love you so much! XO

Hope everyone else had a great Father's Day and a very happy weekend! What was your favourite memory this weekend? Mine would have to be when Lilly woke up from a nap in the car and Liam asked her why she wasn't sleeping. She responded with " I can't sleep! We have been driving way too long and my feet are tired *pause* of waiting. I need to get up and walk already!". Man she makes me laugh!

Have a great week everyone!

You're Not in Trouble Until you get Caught

What's this?
Caught ya!
Uh Oh! I'm in trouble!
Or not! LOL
Behind bars for being cute. The only innocent one in these pictures!

If you haven't guessed yet, the girls are forbidden from Tessa's crib, and today they got caught in there! They were too stinkin' cute for me to be angry though, and Tessa was thrilled about the company clearly :)

Beyond Limits

If you haven't noticed from my last few posts, Liam has been working an awful lot lately. It is really tough on all of us. We miss him like crazy and although I absolutely love being a SAHM and adore my kiddos unbelievably, it is very tough not having anyone home with me for weeks on end to give me a hand or a break for a short while. When Liam does get home from work he needs to rest. I know there are some of you out there who deal with this on a monthly, yearly basis (being army wives, etc. or maybe even widows) and my issue my seem slim, but I am only human and find myself struggling sometimes as a Momma and a wife (no one is perfect). It is moment like last Sunday though when Liam got off early from work and we decided to go on a road trip that make me truly appreciate what I have. I am thankful for everything in my life. I am a lucky gal :)

We have a been a few times with the girls to a park in Maddoc. Maddoc is about an hour or so away from where we live now (hence the expression 'road trip'). Previously the girls adored the park but it was so huge and a little overwhelming to our little people. I swear that the highest part of the park is about 20+ feet from the ground! It is crazy -- and I would be terrified to venture up there myself.

This visit the girls went beyond their normal limits. Abby and Lilly both did things they normally wouldn't. At first Lilly hesitated about going up so high. Mostly because there were older boys up there and they made her nervous, but she did it with Liam once and that was all it took for her to go on her own over and over and over again. And although Abby did climb very high by herself she still was hesitant to slide by herself and does this all of the time now (crying out for a hand to help her slide). This girl will get on the big girl swings and fly so high in the air but asks for a hand to slide and will refuse to do it without one. Abby also went up to the very top with Liam but absolutely hated it and wouldn't attempt it again even with Daddy. No way!

Here is sweet Tessa in her new backpack that Mommy carried her in all over the park. It is a must for all that property walking we will be doing when we move. There is no way of pushing a stroller out there :) BTW she loves it (if you couldn't tell from that sweet little grin)!

Here Lilly is sliding down the 10+ foot slide -- no biggie!

And here Abby with Daddy :) On the same one as above.

My swinging monkey! She loves the swings so much and I think she would prefer to stay there the whole play!

Here is Abby with Daddy way up high crossing the bridge to get to the slides.

Funny enough Lilly was terrified to climb this and once a little girl went up ahead of her she flew up with no help at all. This photo was taken when Liam tried to help her and she had to get back down. But after we were sitting back and watching I almost had a heart attack when she did it alone! Ahhhhhh

This is a little more her speed! LOL "I did it my self Mommy!"
You sure did big girl!

Proof that Tessa and I were indeed there with Lilly, Abby and Liam :)

Baby swings aren't quite as fun.

Here is the little ham 20+ feet from the ground (by herself)! Man she is getting brave!

Here she is after sliding down the slide from way up there!

Hi Mom!

These are the scariest teeter tooters I have ever seen. Standing ones! The girls loved it though!

See what I mean?!

You can see Liam under her in this pick. He went running when he saw her flying up there just in case! Thank God!

Here is a picture I took of the park when we were there two years ago. They have put in a water park this year and we can't wait till it opens so we can go back and try that out!

Whew! That was fun and Whew, what a long post. Sorry about that! LOL I was so proud of my girls though and had to share. Hope everyone is having a great week so far.

What are you thankful for?
