A Day at The Lake

We went for a visit yesterday to Auntie Wendy's and Anna's vacation spot (a little cottage on Loborough Lake). We had a very nice visit with both of them and Great Gramma as well since she is also staying there. The girls both had a nice walk with Great Gramma and Abigail had her first boat ride. Wendy said that she kept her eyes closed most of the time but she seemed to enjoy it. The wind was pretty strong and she was extreemly tired so it would have been very hard to keep them open! Lilly and Abigail also had a swim in the blow up boat or maybe a few splashs.... swimming isn't the right word. Lilly played in the boat for quite a long time and Abigail liked leaning over the side and pouring water in and out of differnt sized cups. It was very relaxing by the water and very quiet. A much needed escape by anyone every now and again!
